Can I cancel an order?
Orders that have not shipped can be cancelled with no penalty. If you need to cancel an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. At this late stage in the process, it may still be possible to cancel an order (i.e. prevent if from shipping) and we will certainly try if that is your wish. However, please note that in some cases, it will not be possible to retrieve the order and prevent it from shipping. In these cases, your order will be subject to our return policy.
